Sue began her career in local government, moving through sales and general management into HR. Having worked both in small start-up companies and large multi-nationals in the financial services, telecoms, retail, sales and marketing and manufacturing sectors, Sue has a practical approach to working with people to develop business solutions. She has managed large scale projects and implemented a significant number of change programmes.

Ken Balcombe is a highly experienced Financial Professional, a member of the Institute of Credit Management with over 30 years business experience.

Ken began his working life gaining experience in various types of companies, working his way up from costing clerk through to heading up the Financial areas and running the business.

Industries include manufacturing, telecoms, service suppliers and printing. Ken's ability to communicate at all levels has enabled him to build effective teams and motivate them. He can work with others to develop solutions and is able to encourage staff and management to find the right approach for their business needs. Working in large or small companies, Ken is able to fit in and offer advice or resolve problems.
